1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Shaheen Telehealth Jobs & Careers portal (the “Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Portal is operated by UnExplores Tech Innovations (SECP CUIN 0268046, D&B D-U-N-S 77-532-7461) on behalf of Shaheen Visionary Health Solutions (“SVHS”). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
2. Who May Apply
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in Pakistan (or remotely for a Pakistani employer where applicable).
- You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information in your profile, resume, and application materials.
- Submitting falsified credentials, plagiarised resumes, fake identity documents, or impersonating another person is grounds for immediate disqualification and account termination.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at careers_svhs@unexplores.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of compromise or abuse.
4. The Application Process
- Register with a valid email and phone number.
- Build your resume in the portal's guided builder. Completing the resume unlocks the ability to apply.
- Apply to one or more open positions.
- If shortlisted and interviewed, you will be invited to pay an onboarding fee (challan) for the selected position. The fee amount is published on the position page and is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
- E-sign your contract on screen. Your drawn signature, along with the rendered contract terms, is stored as an integral part of the executed contract.
- Upon successful contract execution, you become active staff and gain access to your role-specific dashboard.
5. STEMS Marketing Staff
Successful applicants joining the Shaheen Telehealth Ecosystem Marketing Staff (“STEMS”) vertical will be provided with unique referral links to assist in growing our network.
You will receive tools to invite healthcare professionals, patients, partners, and future marketing staff to join the SVHS ecosystem. Rewards and commissions are awarded based on successful, direct onboardings through your assigned links. All reward structures, eligibility criteria, and minimum payout thresholds are available in your portal dashboard and are subject to periodic review and updates.
6. Commissions, Payouts & Onboarding Fees
- All onboarding fees and commissions are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payouts are processed via bank transfer, mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa), or cash where applicable, subject to admin approval.
- The minimum payout amount is published on the Portal and may be revised. Outstanding balances below the minimum remain in your account until the threshold is met.
- Payouts may be withheld pending verification of recruit contract performance, KYC compliance, or fraud investigation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Portal in any way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, including (without limitation) spamming candidates, scraping the position database, attempting to bypass file-upload restrictions, or interfering with the integrity of the Portal's e-signature flow.
8. Intellectual Property
All Portal software, design, copy, contracts, logos, and branding are the property of UnExplores Tech Innovations and/or SVHS. Resumes and personal information you upload remain yours; by submitting them you grant us a limited, revocable licence to process them for the purpose of evaluating your application and managing your engagement.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold pending commissions, and pursue any legal remedies if you breach these Terms, falsify information, attempt to defraud the Portal, harass other users, or otherwise act in bad faith. You may terminate your account at any time by writing to careers_svhs@unexplores.com; pending payouts above the minimum threshold will still be processed where due.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, UnExplores Tech Innovations and SVHS disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the onboarding fee actually paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Karachi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject to first attempting resolution through good-faith negotiation with our support team.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or a prominent in-Portal notice. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
