1. Be Honest
- Provide accurate, current, complete information in your profile, resume, and application materials.
- Do not impersonate another person, organisation, or qualification.
- Do not falsify documents, certificates, references, or experience.
- Do not submit plagiarised work samples or AI-generated text presented as your own without disclosure.
2. Respect the Process
- Apply only to positions you genuinely want and qualify for.
- Do not spam-apply by mass-submitting identical applications across all open positions.
- Do not solicit hiring managers off-platform to bypass the Portal's formal process.
- Do not attempt to bribe, coerce, or otherwise unduly influence any SVHS or UnExplores team member.
3. Appropriate Use of Referrals
Rewards and commissions are strictly for genuine, direct onboardings. The following practices are prohibited and will result in account termination and the withholding of associated rewards:
- Self-referrals (referring yourself or accounts you control).
- Creating duplicate accounts to artificially inflate your network growth metrics.
- Using false or stolen identity information to register accounts.
- Operating, advertising, or implying any multi-level, pyramid, or network marketing structure. We only reward direct, authorized community building.
- Misrepresenting potential earnings, salaries, or the nature of the role when inviting others.
4. Don't Attack the Platform
- No unauthorized automated scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading of position listings or other Portal content.
- No unauthorized probing, penetration testing, or denial-of-service activity against our systems.
- No attempts to bypass authentication, security controls, or the document signing process.
- No uploading of malicious software or files that violate our published security limits.
- No unauthorized access to, or reverse-engineering of, platform infrastructure or internal records.
5. Treat People Well
- No harassment, hate speech, sexual misconduct, or threats directed at staff, applicants, or third parties.
- No discrimination on the basis of religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, or any protected category, whether in messages, applications, or recruiting conduct.
- Communications inside the Portal (admin messages, application notes) are professional records and may be reviewed by leadership.
6. Respect Confidentiality
Position details, salary ranges, internal admin notes, contract terms, and the personal information of other applicants are confidential. Do not share them publicly, on social media, or with competitors. Discussing your own salary or contract terms publicly is your right; sharing other people's data is not.
7. Compliance with Law
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA), tax laws, and anti-fraud regulations. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement.
8. Enforcement
Violations may result in any combination of the following, at our sole discretion:
- Warning and required corrective action.
- Reversal or voiding of any pending commissions.
- Disqualification from current and future applications.
- Immediate account suspension or termination.
- Forfeiture of paid onboarding fees, subject to our Refund Policy.
- Civil or criminal action where conduct constitutes an offence under Pakistani law.
9. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter abusive conduct, suspected fraud, or a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately. We treat security reports confidentially.
