1. Who We Are
The Shaheen Telehealth Jobs & Careers portal is operated by UnExplores Tech Innovations (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”), SECP CUIN 0268046, D&B D-U-N-S® 77-532-7461, on behalf of Shaheen Visionary Health Solutions. We act as the data controller for personal information you provide through the Portal.
2. What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to evaluate your application and to operate your relationship with SVHS:
- Account data: name, email, phone number, hashed password.
- Profile & resume data: education, work experience, skills, languages, certifications, headline, summary, expected salary, availability.
- Application data: positions applied to, cover letters, application status, admin messages.
- Financial & Identity Verification: Government-issued ID reference, bank or wallet details for processing payouts, and proof of required fees.
- Contract Data: Digital contract execution details, including your electronic signature and device information at the time of signing.
- Performance & Referral Data: For relevant roles, we track the success of your network growth activities to accurately calculate rewards.
- Technical Information: Standard device and connection information required to maintain a secure and functional platform.
3. Why We Use It
- To create and maintain your account.
- To evaluate your applications and progress them through the hiring pipeline.
- To execute your employment / consultancy contract and to operate payroll, commissions, and payouts.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- To comply with applicable Pakistani law, tax obligations, and lawful requests from regulators (including SECP and FBR).
- To send you transactional communications (status updates, contract issuance, payout notices) via email and WhatsApp.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of (a) the contract or pre-contractual steps you are entering into with us, (b) our legitimate interest in operating a secure, audited hiring platform, (c) your consent where required (e.g., marketing communications), and (d) our legal obligations under Pakistani law.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:
- With SVHS hiring managers and authorised platform admins reviewing your application.
- With infrastructure sub-processors we use to host, secure, and operate the Portal (e.g., our hosting provider, email/WhatsApp gateway, file storage).
- With regulators, courts, and law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
- In the event of a corporate restructuring, the data may be transferred to the successor entity under continuity-of-protection obligations.
6. Storage & Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and professional information. Uploaded documents and sensitive data are stored securely and access is strictly limited to authorized personnel. We use modern encryption and secure data handling practices to safeguard your account.
7. Retention
- Unhired applicants: data retained for up to 24 months from your last login, then archived or deleted unless legally required to keep.
- Hired staff: contract, payroll, commission, and tax records retained for the period mandated by Pakistani law (typically 6–8 years) following separation.
- Audit logs: retained for 36 months for security and fraud investigation purposes.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information (you can do most of this directly in your resume builder and dashboard).
- Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing, such as marketing emails, at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant Pakistani data-protection authority.

9. Cookies

10. International Transfers
Our hosting and email gateways may store and process data on infrastructure located outside Pakistan. Where this occurs, we rely on contractual safeguards with our sub-processors to ensure an equivalent standard of protection.
11. Children
The Portal is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.
12. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be announced via in-Portal notice and email. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
