1. Zero Applicant Fees Commitment
The Shaheen Telehealth Jobs & Careers portal does not charge applicants any fee whatsoever. Applying, interviewing, document verification, and digital onboarding are completely free of charge (PKR 0) across all departments and positions.
No Fee / No Challan: SVHS does not issue fee challans or require any payment for applicant onboarding. If anyone asks you for money claiming to represent SVHS recruitment, report it immediately to careers_svhs@unexplores.com.
2. Historical Challans & Legacy Records
In earlier pilot phases, certain positions utilized administrative verification challans. That system has been permanently discontinued. If you made a deposit under a legacy challan and have questions regarding your account or refund eligibility, our finance desk handles all requests under the guidelines below.
3. Refund Eligibility for Legacy Submissions
We honor refunds for historical submissions in the following situations:
- Unprocessed or withdrawn positions: If an application did not proceed to contract execution.
- Duplicate transactions: Any accidental double or duplicate transfer is refunded in full.
- Administrative cancellation: Any position cancelled by SVHS prior to deployment.
4. How to Submit an Inquiry or Refund Request
- Email careers_svhs@unexplores.com from your registered applicant email address.
- Subject line:
Legacy Refund Request — [Application #] — [Position Title]. - Include the date of payment, transaction reference / proof, bank/wallet used, and applicant bank details.
5. Processing Time
- Inquiries are acknowledged within 1–2 business days.
- Approved claims are credited within 7–14 business days directly to the verified account of the applicant.
