SVHS Network Leaders are pivotal members of the Shaheen Telehealthcare Executive Marketing Staff (STEMS). They lead the development and expansion of healthcare networks, fostering collaboration between medical professionals, patients, and digital platforms. By combining leadership, communication, and strategic vision, Network Leaders ensure that SVHS telehealth services are accessible, trusted, and impactful across diverse communities.

• Lead the expansion of SVHS healthcare networks across regions and communities.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect patients, professionals, and partners.
• Coordinate with STEMS marketing staff to align campaigns with network growth goals.
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate network performance, preparing regular reports for leadership.
• Organize training, webinars, and engagement programs to strengthen network capacity.
• Ensure SVHS telehealth services are accessible, inclusive, and widely adopted.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in network building, outreach, or healthcare promotion.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu; regional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms, digital healthcare systems, and patient engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
